When Kenneth Branagh was promoting his live-action Cinderella movie in February he said he would be "delighted" to work with Marvel Studios again as he had "fond" memories of the time he spent on Thor (2011).
According to El Mayimbe of Heroic Hollywood, there is mutual interest in a reunion, but that ship may have sailed because of another film offer.
"I was hearing that Marvel wanted Kenneth Branagh back for Thor 3," El Mayimbe said on Marvel Movie News Live prodcast. "But, he just got an offer to direct Murder On The Orient Express at Fox. So, I don't know if it is going to happen or not. They're thinking about bringing him back into the fold."
